Raphael Kaplan

Raphael began his career working at Brookstone Management working directly for the company's founders, managing their private real estate investments. They had begun hobby investing in residential real estate a few years prior, and Raphael was tasked with developing and expanding their activities into an independent real estate firm, “Sky Equities”.
After spending time digging in and learning the business, Raphael went on to develop a team to manage and grow the SFR business. Shortly thereafter, Sky Equities expanded into LP positions in passive investments in both commercial and multifamily assets. Managing Sky Equities gave Raphael the incredible gift of fulfillment that comes from being challenged and working with great people. Raphael is passionate about providing that same sense of fulfillment in their work to everyone at Overbrook.
